  1. How would I determine dosage? I have a lab that continues to struggle with UTI's. She recently had surgery to care for extra skin around her female organs and that still hasn't worked. We are on a new med from the vet and I have also just completed a round of D-Mannose. I'm not sure if this has worked or not.
